The 27th Annual Tribute to Leadership event turned into an exciting virtual luncheon.
Community leaders and supporters joined YWCA to celebrate the achievements of past Legacy Leadership honorees, hearing inspirational stories, and debuting YWCA Metropolitan Phoenix’s original poem: Equal. Powerful. Unstoppable.
Carey Pena sat down with the organization’s CEO, Debbie Esparza, for a one on one interview to outline the women-driven mission, and interviewed all honorees in the IM360 studio to share their words on wisdom, success, and inspiration with viewers.

- The Leadership Team from YWCA brought fun to the event by incorporating their dance moves.
