VMLC Heroes Patriotic Luncheon
Veteran’s Medical Leadership Council
The annual Heroes luncheon is always around Veterans Day, and gives each of us an opportunity to honor our Veterans and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
The goal of this show was to pay tribute to the six distinguished Veterans, who were nominated for the VMLC Patriotic Award, and share with the audience the work of the Veteran’s Medical Leadership Council.
Our team conducted both in-person and remote interviews with the Honorees, as well as the keynote speaker, Capt. Charlie Plumb, a U.S. Navy jet pilot in Vietnam, who spent six years as a POW.
Previously Carey Pena, founder of IM360, was Emcee for the in-person event, and had a connection with this organization and its mission to help Veterans in Arizona and across the country. KTAR’s Mike Broomhead, also a big supporter of veteran’s causes, hosted the virtual show from our Inspired Media 360 Studios.
All content was pre-produced and the show streamed live in November to rave reviews, helping the organization expand its audience and raise money.
