Inclusion has always been very important for Todd Davis, who shared, “From an early age, I remember how important it was for me to make sure that people felt a part of something, to be included.” For nearly 20 years, Todd has been the Chief People Officer at Franklin Covey. Once a former director of FranklinCovey’s Innovations Group, Todd played a key role in creating several of the company’s fundamental offerings that feature its globally recognized content. He continues to be involved in the development of new offerings as well.
