Inspired Life: Tiffany Lee Gaston

What is the most exciting thing you are working on right now?
Having recently completed a new 12 week training program available through my website, I’m eager to get back to writing and creating new content. My three busy kids consume much of my time, but are also my most rewarding job.

What failure did you learn the most from and what did you learn?
Over many years in this industry, I’ve learned to embrace what makes me, me and promote the heck out of it. If we were all the same, life would be very dull, so it’s great to connect with like-minded individuals that follow me because I’m being authentic and they still like me. Go figure!

What is your go-to strategy in moments of self doubt?
Laugh at myself. I do it loudly and I do it often! I don’t take myself too seriously and I’m always happy to embrace my slip-ups, because we are all learning as we go.

Who or what are you most grateful for?
My amazing husband who has supported lots of my crazy ideas. He’s given me the confidence to follow through and is my greatest cheerleader. I am truly the luckiest girl in the world.

How do you recharge?
I love going up to our cabin in the cool pines, but any travel is exciting for me, especially if it’s somewhere new. Getting away, slowing down, savoring new things and living in the moment is so challenging these days, but nothing is more rewarding when you make time.

Favorite inspirational quote:
“Behind every successful woman is a tribe of other successful women who have her back.” I love this because nothing is more inspiration than women supporting other women. Together, we all go farther!
