Valley Mom Tanisha Rodriguez is on a mission to get her son to Disneyland. Xavier, now 13, was born with Weaver Syndrome. Doctors say he will never walk and never talk. He has a feeding tube and needs round the clock care, but he has an amazing connection with his mom that goes beyond words.
